Personal information collected may include Health Information. Health Information is collected from clients when they attend the practice for the purpose of arranging appointments and obtaining psychological services. How your Health Information is dealt with is outlined in greater detail below.
The Health Information collected enables Jupiter Psychology to assess the needs of clients and arrange for the provision of psychological services, and to assist in optimising the quality of our service in relation to identified needs.

By engaging Jupiter Psychology or registering your details on the Website or by email or telephone, and/or using the Website or completing a client consent form or otherwise engaging the psychological services, you consent to Jupiter Psychology collecting, using and disclosing your personal information (including Health Information) for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

Jupiter Psychology may use any personal information collected (excluding Health Information) to provide psychological services, operate the Website, respond to feedback, communicate with third party service providers, or if needed to enforce our Client agreement (Client Consent Form) with you.
